We raise rare heritage breed pigs from birth to processor on our farm. These old world pigs are at risk of becoming extinct because they are not suitable for today's typical hog confinement houses. We love them for that very reason! They are great foragers in our woods, and have nice fat marbeling for fantastic flavor.
