Our pastured meat chickens are raised only at the optimal time, during the warmer months of the year. They are raised outside in bottomless pens which keep them safe from predators, but still allow them access to fresh air, grass, and bugs as well as locally milled grain. They are moved daily to new forage and away from the previous day's waste. This method makes for a healthier bird, sustainable land management, and a superior flavor for your dinner table.
